A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 17, 2017, the Defendant was driving a C low alcohol vehicle under the influence of alcohol of approximately 0.055% among blood alcohol content from the 25km section to the first-class parking lot of approximately 100-dong 100-dong 100-dong 100-dong 100-dong 100-dong 10-dong 100-dong 100-dong 20-dong 10-dong 100-dong 10-dong 200-dong 10-dong 200-dong 10-dong 10-7.

Around April 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 14:37, in the first-class parking lot of 10,009, 10, the 14:20-o-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri (1112) threatening.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims.

1. Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act concerning community service and order to attend lectures;

1. Article 48 (1) 1 of the Criminal Act to be confiscated;
