A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a victim victim B(n, 57 years of age).

In around 2011, the Defendant and the victim were living together in the building of Suwon-gu, Busan, and the studio in the head room in subparagraph D after the Defendant’s father died, and the Defendant was able to commit suicide while consuming the insurance money and compensation received by his father due to the death of his father without any special income when the victim suffers from heavy depression and urology.

Around 10:49 on April 8, 2019, the Defendant and the victim purchased shot, portable gas, butane gas, and smelling expenses from “E” located near the above residence, and moved to the G Welfare Center in sapyang-si through Ulsan by getting on a FE-ray vehicle, and on the same day at around 18:40 on the same day, the Defendant was offered a proposal to request the victim to die from the victim by skeing down the shot belt with the shot belt. Accordingly, the Defendant murdered the victim by cutting down the shot belt in two parts, so far as it is difficult for the victim to do so.
