Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2012, the Special Act on Assistance to Farmers, Fishermen, etc. following the Conclusion of Free Trade Agreements, a subsidy for the closure of a blue item paid pursuant to the "Special Act on Assistance to Farmers, Fishermen, etc." shall be paid only when cultivated before March 15, 2012, which is the date of entry into force of the relevant agreement on the relevant item. The Defendant was unable to receive the said subsidy for the closure of a business since 2013, while the period of planting B and C land (hereinafter "D field") was 2013, the Defendant applied for the subsidy for the closure of a business on August 2016, the Defendant received the subsidy for the closure of a 38 Blue-ro, Chungcheongnam-gun from around 38, 2016, by raising a false application for the payment of the subsidy for the closure of a blue item from around February 2, 2012 to prepare an application for the confirmation of the relevant items prior to the date of entry into force of the agreement.
