A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 7, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the exercise of his right: (a) entered into a medium-term installment contract with the victim B, who is a sear in charge of the contract for social service Korea Co., Ltd. at Ototong High Business Department (hereinafter referred to as 189-3), and applied for a financial loan of KRW 62,00,000 from Germany imported vehicles BMW750LI C; and (b) paid KRW 1,344,041 on August 8, 2014; (c) after acquiring ownership of the said vehicle on August 8, 2014; and (d) on the same day, the Defendant established a mortgage on KRW 62,00,000 in the value of the claim against the said victim.
On August 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) delivered the foregoing motor vehicle owned by the Defendant, which is the object of the victim’s mortgage, to the name sub-sicker (hereinafter “D”) who is the object of the victim’s mortgage, in front of the Youngcheon-dong, Youngcheon-si, Youngcheon-si; (b) concealed the said motor vehicle in a manner that does not make the ownership transfer registration; and (c) obstructed the victim’s exercise of rights

On June 2014, the Defendant was aware that the Defendant was unable to obtain financial rights loans, etc. in a normal way in order to raise living expenses, etc., and was subject to the introduction of name bropiers (hereinafter “D”) through E, a vegetative E, who was aware of the fact that the Defendant had been able to engage in closed labor.
