Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall divert farmland without obtaining permission to divert farmland.

Nevertheless, on February 2016, the Defendant, as the owner of the farmland B in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, laid aggregate on the said farmland, which is called “former” due to its land category without permission from the competent authorities, and used it for the purpose of parking lots after changing its form and quality.
