A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 26, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a G rocketing car without obtaining a license from the D parking lot located in C to the F in E at around 300 meters from the D parking lot to the F in E at around 16:56 on March 26, 2017.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a G rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (or the injury) and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (after the accident).

On March 26, 2017, at around 16:56, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license, and moved the F front road in E at the time of stay, from the direction of the wind distance, to the calendar Public Security Center.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a holder of G rocketing car.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle that has not been covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant subscribed to mandatory insurance at the time and place mentioned in paragraph (1).
