Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant has been engaged in the overall management of apartments as the chairperson of the C occupant representative meeting in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from March 2003 to July 15, 2012.

From March 2008 to March 2013, the Defendant received 259,000 won for long-term apartment water appropriation from the apartment management warden D to the agricultural bank account under the name of the Defendant, and received total of 14,879,245 won for the purpose of the victim’s representative meeting.

On March 15, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 13,200,00 from E, a place where the location of the apartment is unknown, and paid KRW 13,207,510 to E the unpaid electricity price of C apartment on the same day on the same day. Since the long-term preferential payment reserve for apartment was determined for the purpose and purpose of repairing apartment, the Defendant paid KRW 13,207,510 out of the long-term repair reserve to E on March 21, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property of the victim while on duty.

2. On February 29, 2016, the Defendant of defamation: (a) did not have any procedural defect as the victim F was elected as the representative meeting of occupants; and (b) did not voluntarily withdraw part of the management expenses, the Defendant received KRW 700,790 in return for work from March 16, 2015 to March 31, 2015 while the victim was serving as the representative meeting of occupants; (c) embezzled KRW 1,70,000 in the management expenses of the individual hospital; (d) embezzled KRW 1,70,00 in return for work; and (e) embezzled part of the management expenses at the representative meeting of occupants; and (e) did not have any fact such as arbitrarily withdrawing the management expenses.”
