Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On August 25, 2012, at around 22:28, when driving a C vehicle that entered into an automobile insurance with the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant vehicle”), the vehicle was cut off from the official line to the direction of Daejeon in the official line from the distribution distance of the hot spring at the official line, and turned back beyond the center line.
