Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Attachment] On May 25, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night, intrusion upon residence, larceny, etc. at the Jeju District Court on February 13, 2013, and completed the execution of imprisonment with prison labor at the Jeju Prison on February 13, 2013. On January 23, 2014, the said Court sentenced six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and became final and conclusive on January 24, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On September 1, 2013, at around 20:00 on the first and second day of September 2013, the Defendant found one unit of the “gallon 3” cellular phone flag at the market value of KRW 1,000,00,000, which was lost by the victim C from the central post office located adjacent to the central post office in Jeju-si, but did not take necessary procedures to return it to the victim, and embezzled the property that he/she had on his/her own mind and he/she has left the possession of the victim.
2. The Defendant from September 26, 2013 to around 11:00 on September 26, 2013
9. Around 12:00 Jeju-si, the victim's bicycle-owned bicycle market value of KRW 2.90,00,000, which was set up on the road front of the Doo-do Central Branch of Jeju-do, was stolen by taking advantage of the gaps in which the surrounding surveillance was neglected.
3. On October 4, 2013, around 19:00 to 08:00 on October 5, 2010, the Defendant: (a) was driving a vehicle on the road in front of the Victim F’s house located in Jeju-si; (b) GOtoba, the victim’s market price of KRW 1.9 million on the one hand; and (c) was driving a vehicle on the other hand using the Mask Turkey, which was in possession.
4. On October 6, 2013: (a) around 03:0 to 00 on October 6, 2013, the Defendant: (b) driven a vehicle on a road in front of Heung-do, Jeju; (c) Jin-do, Jin-do, one of which owned by the victim I and 3:00,000 won at the market price of Jin-si, which was parked in front of Hein-si; and (d) was stolen by walking

On September 25, 2013 to October 10, 2013, the Defendant embezzled the property that he/she left the possession of the victim, without following the necessary procedures to return it to the victim, even though he/she acquired an agricultural cooperative card (credit card number: L) owned by the victim K in the street near Jeju-do 2, Jeju-do.
