1. Defendant Mountain Development Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 131,450 for Plaintiff A and its related thereto from April 5, 2013 to June 4, 2015.
Reasons
Basic Facts
A. The Plaintiff, as the owner of each land C, C, D, and D, owns three fraternitys (based on the register; hereinafter referred to as “the two fraternitys of this case”) on the ground of land C, D, and E (the land of this case is owned by the Republic of Korea) and six sheds (based on the register; hereinafter referred to as “the two houses of this case”), respectively.
In addition, Plaintiff A owns unregistered livestock pens, fences, pipes, and various trees, etc. on the ground of the F land owned by Defendant Cheongyang-gun located in the Yangyang-gun and Yangyang-gun located in the vicinity of the Yangyang-gun of this case.

B is a person who resides in the house immediately adjacent to the above F land, who is in charge of the management of the fish plantation and the fish farm in this case.
B. As seen in the annex 1 photograph, there was a river on the left-hand side of the both banks of this case, but no bridge was installed that connects the two banks of this case and the two banks of this case with the building site of a river, and no retaining wall or embankment was properly maintained inside the both banks of a river.
C. At around 2009, Defendant Cheongyang-gun contracted the construction of the “Gcheon Disaster Prevention District Development Project” (hereinafter “instant construction”) for the purpose of preventing the risk of disasters by installing a bridge in the river’s bank by installing a ridge, etc. in the river. Defendant Cheongyang-gun started the instant construction from December 8, 2009, and Defendant Cheongyang-gun began the instant construction from around December 8, 2009, and Defendant Cheongyang-gun acquired 802 square meters of the D land in Chungcheongnamyang-gun, Chungcheongnamyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-do from Plaintiff A on April 29, 2010 for the instant construction (this part was divided into HH land on April 30, 2010), obstacles to the ground and FF water on the ground.
Until June 27, 2010, Defendant Mountain Development built a bridge (I) on the river above as seen in attached Form 2, as seen in the above river by June 27, 2010, and due to a concentrated rain around July 23, 2010, it is adjacent to the Gyeyang and Yang Doon.
