Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 31, 2018, at around 11:35, the Defendant: (a) discarded hot water used in the toilet located in Songpa-gu Seoul Dong-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) and (c) brought about a dispute over the said C with hot water to the Defendant, who was shot away from the mad toilets.

Therefore, the defendant has broken the glass of the defendant's left hand on the ground that the defendant has broken down.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.
