If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2013, at around 10:14, the Defendant driven a knife car at a section of about 4 km from the street in front of the Cheongju Middle School located in Young-gu, Cheongju-si to the front side of the breeding stock farm located in the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-dong to the formation of the internal Eup of the Chungcheongnambuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
