1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:

A. Of the 154.38 square meters of the 1st floor of the building indicated in the attached list, each of the annexed drawings 2, 3, 6, 7, and 2 shall be indicated.

Reasons

1. On September 15, 2014, the Plaintiff leased to the Defendant a lease deposit of KRW 30,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 150,000 ( separate value-added tax) and KRW 12 months for the lease period, among the 154.38 square meters on the 1st floor of the building indicated in the attached Table 154.38 square meters on September 15, 2014, a portion of KRW 60,000,000, which was successively connected to each of the items in the attached Form 2,3,6,7, and 2, among the buildings listed in the attached Table 154.38 square meters on the 1st floor, the Plaintiff filed a claim for the payment of the rent equivalent to the rent from the time of delivery, overdue rent, and delivery of the said real estate (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. The Plaintiff partially dismissed the claim for damages for delay under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc., from the day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint on the total amount of the rent in arrears, by expanding the amount of the rent in arrears through the application for amendment of the claim as of December 4, 2017. However, with respect to the expanded rent portion, the interest rate for damages for delay under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings cannot be applied until
