On April 11, 2007, the Korea Telecommunication Co., Ltd. was designated as a “other public institutions” under the Act on the Management of Public Institutions according to the Ministry of Planning and Budget notification No. 2007-31 of Apr. 11, 2007. A From January 1, 2003 to January 28, 2010, the director of the division of the Dauri Nuclear Energy Headquarters Co., Ltd. (the name was changed to the technical laboratory machine team on April 16, 2003, and the name was changed to the technical team team on January 30, 2009) is a person in charge of maintenance, repair and order of the above mechanical team. From May 14, 2007 to January 29, 2010, the defendant B is the director of the machinery department of the Dari Nuclear Energy Headquarters Co., Ltd. (the name was changed to the technical team team on January 30, 2009) who works for the head of the machinery team on January 29, 2010 and worked for the head of the machinery team at the Busan High Court on May 14, 2007 to January 29, 2009, and the head of the machinery team at the Busan High Court on Dec. 21, 2013

A. On December 2, 2005, the first power plant of the High Atomic Energy Headquarters: (a) designated M as a research and development company M to domestically set up 35 empty valves, including the 32 empty valves and the 35 spare motors needed for the operation of the 2nd flag, which were imported and used in a foreign country in accordance with the implementation plan for research and development with respect to the industrialization of the 1st and 2nd valves for the 2nd base base; and (b) the said power plant entered into a contract with M and the 1string motor for the 32.5 billion won in two installments around March 2, 2006 and around January 2, 2007; and (c) M as a domestic development company from August 2, 2008 to March 2, 2010.
