Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Records] Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court on February 17, 2016, and the decision became final and conclusive on February 25, 2016, and is currently under suspended sentence.
[Criminal facts]
1. The Defendants’ special larceny knew that F was aware of the fact that F had been living at “E” childcare facilities and that F had been living at F’s residence, while F had been living at F’s residence.
Using the F F’s password number, F had F with a F’s physical card and withdrawn money from cash withdrawal machines, and F’s physical card was used to steal cash from the managers of cash withdrawal machines by way of returning cash withdrawals.
