【Basic Fact-finding Co., Ltd. was a corporation established for the purpose of re-construction business, etc. with L 4th floor L 3, Samcheon-si, and subcontracted “N installed construction work” among the above construction work to F. [Criminal Facts]

1. Defendant B and Defendant A’s joint crime is the representative of D Co., Ltd. who performs the N’s foundation and upper construction, and Defendant A is the safety and health manager of the said construction. The business owner’s interest performing the instant construction works is a person in charge of safety and health management at the site of the instant construction site by re-subcontracting the N foundation and upper construction to the said Co., Ltd. in relation to the instant construction works.

On November 8, 2016, the Defendants were engaged in crushinging work at RR level in the construction site of this case, which is in progress at Rriwon at Rriwon-si around 13:14 on November 8, 2016.
