Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 15, 2014, at around 05:06, the Defendant driven a car of approximately 3 km of C owned by the Defendant, from the front side of the national empty village in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu to the 126 private lighting sign oil parking lot from the Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu.
