Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B with a vehicle.

At around 23:30 on August 29, 2012, the Defendant driven the said car, leading to the two-lane road in front of the new and oriental medical hospital in the upper Myeonpo-dong in the Hopopo-si.
