A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 9, 2006, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on December 8, 2006, KRW 4 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Western District Court on December 8, 2006, and KRW 4 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving under the influence of drinking under the influence of drinking under the control of the Seoul Western District Court on July 15, 2009).
