B From April 2005 to Jun. 13, 2014, the victim E was a person working in the G Limited Corporation in the Chinese Republic of China established and operated by the victim E at around 2001. Defendant A was working in the said farm from March 2005 to June 15, 2007, and became the representative of the said farm from June 15, 2007 to June 13, 2013.

The Defendants pretended to lend the above farm operation funds to Defendant A under the name of Defendant B in the victim’s prison (from October 7, 2008 to October 6, 2012) during the period of confinement of the victim’s prison, the actual operator of the above farm, to Defendant A, and agreed to receive money from the victim for the said debt repayment. However, the Defendants did not receive money from the victim.

Accordingly, on May 2013, the Defendant prepared a lease contract stating that “The representative of the above farm, a debtor, intends to lease the above farm to H from around 2013 to around 2018,” along with the Defendant, as a repayment of the obligation to H, and ordered the victim to drive away from the above farm while granting the above lease contract to I.

I, on May 18, 2013, has intruded about 10 Chinese men, who possess knife and knife, a dangerous object at around 06:00, and about 10 Chinese men, who are in the name of knife in possession of knife and knife, and the victim's right of attorney for the above lease contract and H's management right.
