Reasons
Basic Facts
The Plaintiff and Defendant B (hereinafter “B”) are creditors who hold each monetary claim against Defendant A (hereinafter “A”).
Plaintiff
The credit amount of KRW 633,411,907 (as of July 21, 2016), Defendant B’s credit amount of KRW 1,166,680,145 (as of August 31, 2016), and the debtor in the credit transfer contract (as of August 31, 2016), A and B of the credit settlement agreement (transferor) shall transfer to the creditor the credit amount of KRW 651,079,00,000,000 (as of August 21, 2016) in order to secure repayment (or repayment) of the debt owed by the debtor against the creditor by the debtor against the creditor, under the following conditions:

1. This contract is an overlapping assignment of claims that is concluded to secure performance.

However, the notification of assignment of claims can be made by the creditor (assignee) by agreement between the parties.
B. The obligor (transferor) shall promptly submit to the obligee all documentary evidence (i.e., the proceeding documents related to the claim, written judgments, written notes, authentic notes, and all other documents related to the claim) of the assigned claim of this case.
