Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 17, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Incheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 25th of the same month.
