Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:00 on February 26, 2013, the Defendant discovered that the victim C(53 years of age) who was on the 1941-5 2nd floor of the Manman Self-Support Center’s office of education at the Suman Self-Support Center’s Office of Education, which did not have good reputation, was seated in the suspect, and the victim expressed a bath that the victim would be “spacks, spacks, spacks,” and assaulted the victim’s knee on one-time basis.

2. On March 18, 2013, at around 09:25, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim C in front of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with a chance to talk with the victim, and (b) assaulted C’s her tex on one occasion.
