Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2013, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven a B car with approximately 500 meters of alcohol level 0.093% under the influence of alcohol level 0.093% on the front side of the Jannan River, located in the Masan-si, Busan Metropolitan City, up to the front day of the Boan Airport, located in the same Dong.
