A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant of “2018 Highest 4389” is a person who driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol on March 27, 2014 (the issuance of a summary order of KRW 3 million at the Suwon Flag Station on April 8, 2014), driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol on March 17, 2016 (the issuance of a summary order of KRW 5 million at the Suwon Flag Station on May 11, 2016), and violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.

On July 10, 2018, at around 01:45, the Defendant driven a Cland knick under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.192% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from around 150 meters from the front of the “site Pond” vehicle located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the front road of the “Seoul Senior Community Center” located in the 101st place in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

On May 21, 2018, the Defendant collected the head of the victim's disease, which is a dangerous object in the table, while drinking together with the victim F (27 years of age) at around 01:35 on May 21, 2018, and caused the victim's injury that could not know the number of days of treatment due to the following reasons: (a) around 01:35, the Defendant d'E' at the main point of the "E" located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) during drinking together with the victim F (27 years of age).

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
