Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 19, 2016, around 21:30, the injured Defendant filed a complaint with the police for the reason that he reported the victim D (the victim D, the 56-year old age) to the police due to the theft of the Defendant on August 19, 2016, and the victim's chest part was pushed down with the right blue blus, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as knee kneed part of the victim's knee part, which requires treatment for about 21 days.

2. On September 11, 2016, the Defendant’s insultd the F restaurant located in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, Busan-gun on Sep. 201, 2016: (a) was dissatisfied with the Defendant’s complaint that the said victim reported himself/herself due to theft; and (b) was reported to the victim and her husband of the victim’s husband in compliance with the victim’s several four residents; (c) was reported “Isk for chron, Is, Is, Isk for the first time, and reported with the victim’s husband.”

In a large sense, “the victim was openly insultingd.”
