Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of the BM5 car in his own possession.

On August 29, 2014, at around 22:15, the Defendant driven the said car from around 2km to the front road of the D convenience store located in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, to the front road of the same Eup/Myeon, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.058% of blood alcohol level.
