A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2017, at around 00:03, the Defendant was in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and around 4,5 times the 1st line D, and obstructed the Defendant’s duty to maintain order in the subway stations by force for about 10 minutes, by forcing the public interest service personnel E (25 years old) from the last train of this last train to guide the visitors who are public interest service personnel, and continuing to attract the shoulder of the victim, regardless of whether other service personnel are provided, and going against the victim, regardless of whether other service personnel are provided, the Defendant was able to stop the front of the victim, and interfere with the Defendant’s duty to maintain order in the subway stations by force for about 10 minutes.
