A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 10, 201, the Defendant told the victim C to the effect that “I wish to remove a building by his/her relative to remove the building at a low price. I would deliver the price to B/L to B/L to B/L and deliver the price to B/L to B/L.”
However, the fact is that the defendant did not seek a panel to supply the victim, and even if he received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to make the victim be supplied with the panel by delivering it to the supplier of the board.
Nevertheless, the defendant makes a false statement as above, and one million won for the same day from the victim, and the same year.

Around November 20, 2008, the Defendant presented the victim D’s resident registration certificate copy, E, and F’s intent to offer collateral and certificate of personal seal at the infinite coffee shop located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and followed as if he were G, the Defendant: “B’s father E is the president of the H Hospital and is the head of the Ansan-si, and he owns a land of approximately KRW 7,000 square meters at the Gu I during Ansan-si. However, inasmuch as he/she borrowed KRW 30 million from his/her mother, he/she may obtain the consent of the mother, and if he/she lends KRW 30 million to B, he/she shall obtain a loan by taking the above land as security, and then he/she shall lend it to 5 million won among the parties.”
However, the defendant did not know the above E/F, and there was no plan to receive a loan as security, and even if he received money from the victim, he/she thought that he/she will arbitrarily use it.
