1. The plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons

C. The letter of delegation to the Defendant F (hereinafter “instant letter of delegation”) and the Defendant’s mother G’s letter of consent to the use of site (hereinafter “written consent to the use of site in this case”) were attached to the instant prop joint business agreement, and the main contents are as follows.
