A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) violated the Road Traffic Act (divated driving) and the Road Traffic Act (divated driving) (divated driving) driving a Bone Starsch Rexroth car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.075% alcohol concentration in blood without obtaining a driver’s license from the 7km section of around 7km to the front road of the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, Gun; (b) around 00:5 on February 3, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol with a maximum of 0.075% alcohol concentration in blood.

2. When the Defendant’s use of a private document forgery and the foregoing investigation document was controlled by drinking from a policeman belonging to the Gyeonggi-si Police Station at the Gyeonggi-si Police Station, the Defendant: (a) made a statement and confirmation statement of the driver’s driver; and (b) made a signature or seal on a written confirmation of the suspect’s body that was arrested and detained; and (c) issued it to C.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant: (a) made a statement and confirmation report on the situation of the driver at the State, which is a private document in the name of D on fact certification; (b) forged a suspect's body confirmation document; and (c) exercised a forged private document.
