Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 19, 2016, at around 18:00, the Defendant d'C located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, left home with the victim D (34 years of age) who is a business owner within the food house, and obstructed the victim's business restaurant business by force over 45 minutes by force, such as “a human garbage brin, dead fom, fome, fomb, fomch fome, fomb,” while drinking in a drunken state, the Defendant interfered with the victim's business operation by force.
