Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

From December 2, 2016 to December 8, 2016, the Defendant leased DK5 vehicles under the name of the Defendant’s former wife C in the name of the vehicle leasing business entity.

No person who rents a commercial motor vehicle of a motor vehicle rental business operator shall use it for transport with compensation.

Accordingly, the Defendant used commercial vehicles leased from the automobile leasing business entity, which is a car leasing business entity, for transport with compensation over two times.

around 16:20 on December 14, 2016, the Defendant, “2017 High 290, the Defendant, at the last day of the Macheon-si, occupied one passenger on the FF FFD car registered under the name of the Defendant’s father E, and was charged 15,000 won for the same time, and used the car for transport with compensation of ten times in total by December 24, 2016, as shown in the separate crime list, as shown in the separate crime list, by December 24, 2016.
