A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2014, the Defendant purchased a rocketing car at the headquarters of the victim's Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. (State) located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as the doctor of Yeongdeungpo-gu, and received a loan of KRW 34.9 million from the damaged company, and set up a right to collateral security on the said loan to the victimized company as a security.

Nevertheless, on July 2014, 2014, the Defendant borrowed eight million won from the name-free bond business operator of the company near Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the first police officer on August 2014, 201, which became the object of the right to collateral security of the company damaged by the collateral, and concealed the vehicle by providing it as the object of the right to collateral security.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the exercise of rights by the damage company against the said car.
