Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who engages in food manufacturing and processing business for manufacturing, processing, and selling bread, etc. in the trade name of Ulsan-gu B, Ulsan-gu.

A business operator who manufactures or processes foods, etc. shall inspect whether foods, etc. manufactured or processed are in conformity with the standards and specifications.

Nevertheless, from November 10, 2015 to August 25, 2016, Defendant 1 manufactured and processed 15 kinds of breabb, such as B, to sell 14 or more business partners, including Ulsan B, and sold 50,690 (a reasonable amount of KRW 17,300,00) to 14 or more business partners, including Ulsan B, and Defendant 2 did not perform an inspection as to whether the said breab was in conformity with the standards and specifications.
