A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving cars B (K3).

Around 08:30 on November 12, 2014, the Defendant driving a B 3 car while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 20 kilometers in front of the Goyang Police Station located in Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, while driving a B 3 car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.091% of blood alcohol concentration.
