Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.142% of blood alcohol concentration at around 23:00, and the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 1km from the section of approximately 1km to the front road of the Dong-dong, Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul to the front road of the same Gu.
