Punishment of the crime

around December 11, 2013, the Defendant introduced the Victim G from the F Office located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to purchase two (2) CNC Line Co., Ltd. on the basis of the introduction of the Defendant, and the victim paid two (2) CNC Line Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, at the same time, the Defendant: (a) drafted a new sales contract on December 11, 2013 under the name of “F” in which the victim had entered into a sales contract with 200,000 won under the name of “F” corporation, which was operated by the Defendant; and (b) drafted a new sales contract on December 11, 2013 under the same condition as the terms and conditions of the victim’s sales contract; (c) decided that the victim paid two million won as the down payment to 2,00,000 won to the 2,000 won as the down payment; (d) on December 12, 2013, the Defendant paid the remainder of the two half of the above half of the purchase price in the name of “F” and the Defendant constructed the above two half of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two.
