The defendant is a person who drives a vehicle B with low-speed.

On August 31, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.149% of blood alcohol concentration on August 31, 2018, and the Defendant was driving the said car at approximately 5km from the roads near Mapo-gu in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the roads front the Sungsan-ro 30-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City.
