1. Basic facts

A. From around 2006, Defendant (Co., Ltd.) was running the project to create housing sites and build multi-family housing in D and 85 lots of land (hereinafter “instant project site”).

B. The plaintiff was aware of the defendant's representative E's high school students E with E, and E suggested that the plaintiff be engaged in the service of purchasing the business site of this case.

C. Accordingly, on November 15, 2006, the Defendant entered into a service contract with the Plaintiff, “The Plaintiff entered into a sales contract for the land located in the instant project site, with the Defendant’s intention to pay the Plaintiff service cost (in the form of monthly salary, monthly payment of KRW 1.5 million to KRW 2 million to KRW 50 million to KRW 70,000 per day in the form of monthly salary, and each required expense) (the period until January 31, 2007).”

The plaintiff performed the service in accordance with the above service contract.

On February 1, 2007, the Defendant concluded a service agreement with the Plaintiff again on February 1, 2007, stating that “The Plaintiff shall perform the business of concluding a sales contract for the land located in the instant project site, and pay the service cost between KRW 50,000 to KRW 10,00 per square year according to the degree of the progress of the contract.”

The Plaintiff performed the service in accordance with the above service contract.

On the other hand, the Plaintiff introduced E with high-friendly job placement F, and the Defendant entered into a contract with G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) operated by F on November 9, 2007 with respect to the removal of ground objects and waste disposal work within the instant project site, with the construction cost of KRW 1.95 billion.
