A and B shall be punished by each fine of KRW 2,00,00,000, Defendant C, D, and E by each fine of KRW 1,00,000.

The Defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Both the Defendants and the victims are employees of the I Co., Ltd. in the Asia-si. The Defendants are members of the ASEAN branch I of the Korea Democratic Trade Union MMMI (hereinafter referred to as the “ASEAN branch”), and the victim J is the chairman of the I (State) Trade Union established on July 15, 201, and the victim K is the secretary general of the I (State Trade Union) Trade Union.

1. The Defendants, who interfered with the duties of the Defendants, considered that they written wrong information about the Agol District Council to which the Defendants belong in the “L” newsletter distributed by the I (State Trade Union) trade union, and decided to visit the I (State) trade union office in order to resist this.

On January 24, 2013, at around 15:40, the Defendants expressed desire to play a disturbance over about 30 minutes by exercising violence against J and K, as set forth in paragraph (2).

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the labor union work of victims by force.

2. The Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint injury) by Defendant A and Defendant A and Defendant B visited the office of I (State Trade Union) trade union on January 24, 2013 and on the same ground as Paragraph (1).

Defendant

A expressed a desire to the victim K (year 47) who was reported on the trade union work, and made the victim head a drinking time.

A victim J(55 years of age) entered the above trade union office at around 15:50 on the same day, Defendant A, by body, knee, knee-knee-knebs in the victim's knee-knebbbs, humbbs in the victim's kne-knebs, and Defendant B, who was in the next place, humbs the victim's humbs in the victim's humbs to the victimJ, threatened the victimJ with a wall and humbing the victim's Justice.

As a result, the Defendants jointly put up the right-hand bridge, which requires the victimJ to treat for about two weeks.
