1. Defendant C and Defendant D Co., Ltd shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 101,387,120 on the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff from January 1, 2018.
Reasons
1. Chief;
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) The Plaintiff is Nonparty E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, Nonparty E).
Defendant B is the representative, and Defendant B is the Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”).
(2) The non-party company and the defendant company are the representative of the company, and the non-party company are the non-party company and the defendant company are the non-party company of H in the second floor of the G building located in Daegu-gu.
Defendant B is a legal entity that engaged in the partnership business, and the agreement upon the termination of the agreement for the partnership business of the instant business (hereinafter referred to as the “agreement upon the termination of the partnership business of the instant case”).
(2) On May 2017, Defendant C, as the mother of Defendant B, had a duty to pay the amount of KRW 300 million, and Defendant C, along with Defendant C’s company’s joint and several liability for the agreement to terminate the instant Dong business.
