A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for 8 years, by imprisonment for 4 years, and by imprisonment for 1 year, respectively.

Defendant

A was planned and operated as joint representatives of Gangnam-gu Seoul and 13 floors AD throughout the whole project, including the development of various investment products and the operation of AD Internet shopping mall. Defendant B was jointly representative of AD Co., Ltd. in charge of attracting funds and the operation of the company. Defendant C is in charge of establishing and managing a branch office as a joint auditor of AD, and Defendant D was working as the head of AD's CP branch and the head of AE.

1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C

(a) No person who violates the Act on the Regulation of Conducting Fund-Raising Business without obtaining any authorization or permission under other Acts and subordinate statutes, or without making any registration or report, etc., shall commit an act of receiving any investment under an agreement to pay the whole amount of investment or an amount in excess

Nevertheless, at around September 2014, at AD offices, etc. located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and 13th floor, the Defendants conspired to share the roles of shopping mall operation and the development of various franchise products, Defendant B's investment explanation, fund management and distribution, Defendant C's establishment and management of branch offices, AF's announcement and management of AD's business plan using Kakaox, and then, to many unspecified persons, "AD is a company with many capital and many profits from the Internet shopping mall operation and distribution business."

In addition, by accepting AG, attracting Chinese tourists for pop performance, tax-free shop, plastic surgery, and wa trading business, and paying high dividends to investors without principal loss.

Investment goods shall be paid 60,000 won of dividends including principal after 40 days if one unit of 1.20,000 won is invested in the franchise goods, and 40,000 won is invested in the Bpl goods.
