A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 6, 2016, around 16:13, 2016, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle from the front side of the Dogdong Dogdong High School, the Dogdong-gu, the Dogdong-gu, the Dogdong-gu, the Dogdong-gu, to the front side of the same Dogdong-gu, the Defendant, without the driver’s license.
