1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 5,955,687 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 13, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

The Defendant, on October 25, 2012, concluded a long-term loan loan agreement with the Plaintiff on a loan amounting to 44,500,000,000, and agreed to pay delayed compensation pursuant to Article 3 of the Terms and Conditions of Credit Transactions. The loan balance under the loan agreement as of February 11, 2016 is KRW 5,95,687, and the rate of arrears at the rate of 15% per annum is 15% per annum as of February 11, 2016. The Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff interest accrued at the rate of KRW 5,955,687 and 15% per annum per annum from June 13, 2015 following the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order.

Although the defendant asserts that the above loan agreement is null and void as it is based on a false conspiracy, false representation, or deception, or that it has already repaid the obligation based on the above loan agreement, the defendant's assertion is not acceptable.
