A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall perform construction works by using the name or trade name of a constructor or lend a construction business registration certificate or construction business registration pocket book.

The Defendant, around March 2018, constructed multi-household housing in the name of children in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, lent a construction business registration certificate from C Co., Ltd. and constructed it around May 2018, and it was necessary to change the Si construction work.

On June 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) borrowed the construction business registration certificate of Do; (b) borrowed the construction business registration certificate of Do; and (c) submitted a report on the change of construction participants and submitted the said new construction report as if DoD were performing the said new construction.
