A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violence;

A. On February 6, 2018, at around 14:35, the Defendant took a bath against the Defendant E (31) who passed the Defendant’s side in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu. In so doing, the Defendant misunderstanding that the Defendant took a bath against the Defendant. In so doing, the Defendant was faced with the victim’s body by some scamblings by driving away the said victim.

In the case of paragraphs (1) and (3) of the same Article, “The above victim’s left side can not be faced,” and assaulted twice by hand the victim’s head at a time.

B. The Defendant, at the above time and place, was spited by the victim F (27 years old) while taking the above E from the above time and place, and was spited by spiting the victim’s face.

2. At the time, at the time, at the place described in the above paragraph 1, the Defendant took the place from the victim G (23 tax) and the victim H (20 years of age) as described in the above paragraph 1-A., the Defendant took the place from the victim G (23 years of age) and the victim H (20 years of age). On February 6, 2018, at around 14:56, the Defendant was asked questions about the circumstances of the instant case from the Victim J (SJ) who is the circumstances surrounding the Daejeon East Police Station I District of Daejeon Police Station, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report that the instant case occurred at the said site on February 14:56, 2018, and without any justifiable reason, the Defendant was on one occasion at the left face of the said victim.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers' criminal investigations, and at the same time, the defendant inflicted an injury on the victim by demanding medical treatment for about 29 days.
