Criminal facts

On September 7, 2019, at around 07:35 to 07:53, the Defendant: (a) moved to 4 lines B of the train when the train of the KTX No. 454 is in operation between the port and the Dong zone; (b) turned to the 4 lines B of the train; and (c) made a coffee into the floor.

Therefore, when the train crew C, who is the victim, cleaned the coffee accumulated on the floor and requested the defendant to verify the boarding pass, it obstructed the victim's work such as boarding tickets inspection tickets for about 18 minutes by exercising power, such as avoiding disturbance by large interest, and speaking "Schch .........."
