Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 23, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) (hereinafter referred to as the “Road Act”) driven a DNA car more than 0.207% alcohol level while under the influence of alcohol level 0.207% on the front of a restaurant located B in the Speaker-si (hereinafter referred to as the “Ccafeteria”), and subsequently drive the vehicle again in the future.

2. The Defendant violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is the owner of a DNA car.

No one shall operate a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance. However, on June 2, 2014, the Defendant operated the said motor vehicle, the mandatory insurance period of which expires from the section of approximately 1 km from the 1km to the place where it was controlled by drinking driving on the roads near the Dong-dong Hospital in the Government-Pungdong-dong in the end of June 2, 2014.
