A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Seoul Western District Court on August 25, 2014, and a fine of KRW 2.5 million on March 13, 2009 at the Seoul Western District Court on March 13, 2009, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act
